- サブスクリプション: お申し込み時に初回分を課金し、以後は各更新日に自動課金します
- 翻訳クレジットパック: ご購入時に一括で課金します
商品の引渡時期
決済完了後、ただちにご利用いただけます。サブスクリプションの機能は即時に有効化され、翻訳クレジットは決済確認後ただちにアカウントへ付与されます。
返品・キャンセルについて
本サービスはデジタルコンテンツの提供であるため、お支払い後の返金は承っておりません。
- サブスクリプションはいつでも解約できます。解約すると次回以降の請求は停止しますが、当期分の返金および日割り返金は行いません。解約後も当期の終了日まで有料機能をご利用いただけます。
- 翻訳クレジットパックは、未使用分を含めて返金の対象外です。
二重課金や解約後の課金など、当社の誤りによる請求と思われる場合は support@veltone.ai までご連絡ください。事実を確認のうえ対応いたします。
なお、お客様の居住国の消費者保護法令により返金が義務づけられる場合には、当該法令に従います。

Price
Prices for each plan and translation credit pack are shown on the pricing page. Prices are displayed in US dollars.
Additional Fees
- Consumption tax and other taxes, where imposed by the laws of your country of residence
- Internet connection charges
Exchange rates and any foreign transaction fees applied at the time of payment are determined by your card issuer.

Credit card, processed through Stripe.
Payment Timing
- Subscriptions: the first payment is charged on sign-up, and each subsequent payment is charged automatically on the renewal date.
- Translation credit packs: charged in full at the time of purchase.
Delivery Timing
The Service is available immediately after payment completes. Subscription features are activated at once, and translation credits are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
Returns and Cancellation
Because this Service provides digital content, payments are non-refundable.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges, but the current period is not refunded and no pro-rated refund is issued. Paid features remain available until the end of the current period.
- Translation credit packs are non-refundable, including any unused credits.
If you believe you have been charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after cancellation — contact support@veltone.ai. We will investigate and put it right.
Where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence require a refund, we will comply with those laws.
